How plate counting works

Our standard billing practice.

Final guest count is confirmed 48 hours before the event
Food is prepared with a small buffer above the confirmed count
Extra guests beyond the buffer are billed at the same per-plate rate
Children are usually counted as half plates by mutual agreement

Menu, buffet setup, service staff, crockery, transport and clean-up.
