Catering Per Plate in Hyderabad

A "plate" is one guest served the complete menu, however many times they return to the counter. You are billed on the confirmed guest count, not on servings.

This page explains how we count plates, when the count is locked, and what happens if more guests turn up than expected.

How plate counting works

Our standard billing practice.

  • Final guest count is confirmed 48 hours before the event
  • Food is prepared with a small buffer above the confirmed count
  • Extra guests beyond the buffer are billed at the same per-plate rate
  • Children are usually counted as half plates by mutual agreement

Included in the plate rate

Menu, buffet setup, service staff, crockery, transport and clean-up.
